Juliette's Balcony I knew there was something this city was well know for..ah just a little Shakespeare play. Well the Montigue's and Capulette's were actual families that lived in Verona and there was really a Romeo and Juliet. However I think it's safe to say that the real Romeo and Juliet didn't meet the same fate as that of the book. This is Juliette's balcony.

Me Then there's just me taking a little break. I have a really big smile on my face...hmmm I wonder what I just ate....pasta??? gelato??? it's a pretty big smile must have been some gelato...yummy!!!

Cafe Life Well that segues nicely into one of my next favorite Italian topics....coffee and cafes...you know we had to have the usual morning, afternoon and evening espresso and coffee breaks...make mine a double please Grazie. You can already get a sense of how rough this trip was.

Close Up Fountain.jpg As usual Italy was everything I expected...perfection, Italy is a great place, the people are very friendly, very social and take the time to enjoy the important things in life..eating, shopping, having espresso...well at least those are the things important to me.
